820.17 REFUSAL TO ISSUE LICENSE.

The Mayor may refuse the issuance or renewal of a license under this chapter where the charge for any utility services provided to the premises or any real estate tax, realtor’s occupation tax or any other tax or any fee or license due the City from the premises has not been paid.
