820.12 UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.
   (a)   The consumption of alcoholic liquor by any person under the age of 21 years is forbidden.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful to sell, give or deliver alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of 21 years.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to misrepresent his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquor in any place in the City where alcoholic liquor is sold.
   (d)   It shall be unlawful for any parent or guardian to permit any persons under the age of 21 years old of which he or she be parent or guardian to violate any provisions of this chapter.
   (e)   The possession, dispensing or consumption by a person under the age of 21 of alcoholic liquor, in the performance of a religious service or ceremony, or the consumption by a person under the age of 21 under the direct supervision and approval of the parents or parent of such underage person in the in the privacy of a home, is not prohibited.
   (f)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises located within the City to knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 years to remain in such premises while in the possession of alcoholic liquor or while consuming alcoholic liquor in violation of this chapter.
