820.11 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall consume beer or any other alcoholic beverage, or transport, carry, possess or have any beer or other alcoholic beverage, except in the original package and with the seal unbroken, on public school property, streets, sidewalks, alleys or City parks.
