820.08 CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES.

It shall be unlawful for anyone having a class B or H license or for anyone not licensed so to do in accordance with the provisions of this chapter to sell or offer for sale any alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises where sold, or to permit alcoholic liquor to be consumed on the premises where sold.
