810.04 HOURS OF OPERATION.

No person shall keep any billiard or pool room open for business on Sunday between 12:01 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and after 11:00 p.m., or on any weekday between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, except that on Saturday such rooms may be operated until 12:00 midnight.
