Pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/11-5-1, the City hereby prohibits the operation of any business or concern, including, but not limited to, any adult bookstore and/or video sales/rental establishment, within the corporate limits of the City and within three miles of the corporate limits of the City, which sells, exhibits or disseminates obscene or immoral publications, prints, pictures, books, magazines, pamphlets or illustrations.
