610.04 DANGEROUS ANIMALS.

No person shall permit dangerous animals which are ferae naturae in the eyes of the law to be lead or driven through the streets of the City, including animals or exhibitions in parades, unless the owner or keeper thereof first secures a permit to do so from the Chief of Police.
