The driver of each vehicle on which there is placed a notice as provided in Section 480.06 may, within forty-eight hours of the time when such notice was attached to such vehicle, report to the City Clerk and pay as a penalty for and in full satisfaction of such violation the sum of ten dollars ($10.00). The penalty for such violation, if paid after forty-eight hours and within ten days of the time of the violation, shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00). The penalty for such violation, if paid after ten days of the time of the violation, shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
