422.99 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Traffic Code, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a petty offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined according to the provisions of Section 202.99.
