The Chief of Police shall, on the second Wednesday of each month, make a written report to Council showing the number of arrests, if any, made by him or her or any other police officer of the City during the preceding month; the name of each person arrested; the offense charged; the court; the disposition of the case; the amount of the fine imposed, if any; the amount of the fine collected; if any; and all property received by him or her and the disposition of such property.
