252.02 STATUS AND GENERAL AUTHORITY OF CHIEF.

The Chief of Police shall be the Chief Executive Police Officer of the City and shall have full authority and control over all other police officers acting for the City, subject, however, to confirmation by Council when appealed to by any one purporting to have been injured.
