238.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CITY COLLECTOR.

There is hereby established in and for the City the office of City Collector. With the advice and consent of the City Council, the City Collector may appoint a Deputy City Collector. The City Clerk may also serve as City Collector, if so appointed.
