236.04 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

The City Treasurer shall deposit City funds in such depository as may be selected from time to time by Council, but a bond shall be required from such depository in the amount of the deposit. The City Treasurer shall keep City money separate and distinct from his or her own and shall not intermingle his or her own money with City money or make private or personal use of City funds.
