220.07 TEMPORARY CHAIRPERSON.

In the absence of the Mayor, Acting Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, Council may elect an Alderman to act as a temporary chairperson. He or she shall have only the powers of a presiding officer and the right to vote in his or her capacity as Alderman on any ordinance, resolution or motion.
