220.03 RULES OF PROCEEDINGS; EXPULSION.

Council shall determine its own rules of proceedings which shall be in conformity with State statutes and may punish its members for disorderly conduct by expulsion from Council rooms during a session with the concurrence of two-thirds of the Aldermen elected.
