925.06 EXEMPTIONS.
   The owner of property served with water desiring exemption from the assessment for water shall file with the City Recorder on a printed form to be furnished, a written request that water service be discontinued. The exemption period shall begin at the time such request is filed and shall continue until such time as the City Recorder is notified of renewed occupancy; provided, however, that no exemption from water assessment shall be allowed for any period of time less than four months. No such exemption shall be allowed unless such notice is given to the City Recorder at the time when occupancy is renewed.

   925.07 TURNING ON OR OFF CHARGES.
   Whenever the Water Department is requested or required to turn off and on water to users for any cause whatsoever, there shall be a charge made by the Water Department of the actual costs in connection therewith to the property owner or tenant served thereby. The minimum charge for such services shall be one dollar ($1.00).

   925.08 INTERFERENCE.
   No unauthorized person shall turn water off or on any premises, or in any way to interfere with the stopcock, at the curb, or any service pipe or main connected with the waterworks.
