§ 153.51 HABITATION OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall inhabit in any vehicle or house car on any street, plaza, park, public property, lot, tract or parcel of land in the city, except in a permitted campground.
   (B)   A person may park, place or locate a recreational vehicle car on premises they own or lease when such recreational vehicle is not used for human habitation, but shall not park, leave or place such house car on public property including a city street for a longer period than 24 hours, unless otherwise restricted.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to permit wastewater or material from sinks, showers or other fixtures in a recreational vehicle to be deposited on any street, plaza, court, or upon any lot within the city other than permitted campgrounds. Sinks, showers and other similar fixtures in a recreational vehicle when in use shall be connected with the city sewer system or other sewage disposal approved by the Health Department, and in compliance with the plumbing code of the city.
