§ 153.50 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CAMPGROUND. Any lot, tract, or parcel of land, used in whole or in part, where parking facilities and space accommodations are provided for temporary occupancy by the day, week, month or for a longer period of time, for or without compensation, intended for temporary human habitation.
   RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (RV). A vehicular-type portable structure without a permanent foundation that can be towed, hauled or driven which is designed as a temporary living accommodation for recreational, camping and travel use, and which includes but is not limited to travel-trailers, truck-campers, camping trailers, and self-propelled motor homes.
   REGULATORY FLOODWAY. The channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.
   100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN. The area that has a 1% or greater chance of being inundated by floodwaters in any given year, as designated on the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
