§ 70.02 COMMERCIAL TRAFFIC ON QUAIL RUN ROAD.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply:
      COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle used for transporting goods, merchandise, or property for commercial purposes, including but not limited to trucks, vans, trailers, and buses.
      QUAIL RUN ROAD. The road segment between Texas State Highway 80 and Northwest River Road within the jurisdiction of the city.
   (B)   Prohibition of through traffic. All commercial vehicles are prohibited from using Quail Run Road as a through route between Texas State Highway 80 and Northwest River Road.
   (C)   Signs and notifications. City staff shall install appropriate signage and notifications at the entrances and key intersections of Quail Run Road, clearly indicating the prohibition of through traffic for commercial vehicles. The signs shall be highly visible and conform to local and Texas traffic regulations.
   (D)   Exemptions.
      (1)   The prohibition outlined in division (B) above shall not apply to commercial vehicles directly accessing properties located along Quail Run Road.
      (2)   Emergency vehicles, utility vehicles, and authorized service vehicles shall be exempt from this section while performing official duties.
