(A) This section applies to each commercial filming that will occur in, or cause traffic, lighting, sound or other impacts to an area that includes one or more occupied dwellings. A producer shall secure the written approval of the City Administrator prior to each instance of commercial filming in such an area.
(B) The producer shall provide a short written description, subject to approval by the City Administrator, of the location and schedule for the proposed commercial filming for distribution to the residents of each dwelling in the affected area (as defined by boundaries approved by the City Administrator). The producer shall make a good faith effort to notify the residents of each dwelling. The producer shall submit a report to the City Administrator noting the comments of each resident, along with their signatures, addresses and phone numbers, and the producer’s response to each comment. The City Administrator may approve or deny a request for commercial filming in the area based on the report. If filming is approved, the City Administrator may impose conditions and restrictions on commercial filming in the area.
