§ 113.08 HOURS OF FILMING.
   Unless a producer secures permission from the City Administrator in advance and notifies affected property owners and residents, the producer will limit commercial filming to the following hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
