(A) The City Administrator may impose conditions and restrictions on commercial filming activities in the interest of public health, safety and welfare. The conditions and restrictions will include those contained in this chapter, those specified in the permit, and those communicated in writing to the producer.
(B) The producer shall allow city officials and inspectors to inspect all locations, facilities, buildings and equipment to be used in connection with commercial filming, if required by the City Administrator.
