(A) It shall be unlawful for any domestic species except domestic cats and fowls possessed, kept or harbored to run at large, as defined in § 95.01 of this chapter.
(B) The Supervisor of Animal Control, his/her designee or a police officer is authorized to impound domestic animals except for domestic cats running at large.
(C) The Supervisor of Animal Control, his/her designee or a police officer is authorized to impound cats (domestic or feral) running at large when the cat is creating a nuisance as defined in § 95.01.
