§ 30.11 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COMMEMORATIVE STREET NAME. An unofficial alias name affixed to the street or a section thereof and marked by a secondary sign that is rectangular in shape with a white message and white border on a brown background and located below the sign for the official public street name.
   OFFICIAL PUBLIC STREET NAME. The official numerical designation or other certified name recorded for a public street and marked by a primary sign that is rectangular in shape with a white message and white border on a green background.
   PUBLIC FACILITIES. All city owned or maintained buildings, parks, and other fixed public facilities and places.
   PUBLIC FEATURES. Permanent or semi-permanent physical items located on or within city owned or maintained buildings, parks, and other fixed public facilities and places, including plaques, benches, trees, and markers.
