(A) Purpose. The purposes of the Land Use Plan for a development agreement are to clearly depict the locations of each of the land use districts/categories proposed within the project, and to define prospective zoning district boundaries for use when the project is annexed by the city.
(B) Consistency of development applications with Land Use Plan. All applications for development connected with the project must be consistent with the Land Use Plan, as it may be amended in accordance with the development agreement.
(C) Zoning upon annexation. Following annexation of the project by the city, the zoning classifications for the property shall be substantially similar to those designated in the development agreement.
