§ 156.01 DEFINITIONS.
   COMMISSION. The City Planning and Zoning Commission.
   COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN. The comprehensive plan approved by the City Council for the future growth of the city.
   ETJ. The area of the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, as determined under state law.
   INFRASTRUCTURE. All on-site and off-site street, roadway, sidewalk/trail, potable water, wastewater collection and treatment, and drainage improvements to be constructed to serve a project.
