Monuments as prescribed herein shall be placed at all corners within the subdivision. All block corners, angle points and points of curves, and all corners of boundary lines of the subdivision shall be marked with a minimum one-half-inch diameter ferrous rod, a minimum of two feet in length, set in the center of a concrete monument, a minimum of six inches in diameter and 36 inches deep, with the top flush with the finished ground surface. Where, due to topographic conditions, permanent structures or other conditions, the view is obstructed between any two adjacent monuments, intermediate monuments shall be so set as to assure a clear view between adjacent monuments. Intermediate markers and lot corners not otherwise marked shall be marked with a minimum one-half inch-diameter ferrous rod and at least three feet in length, driven flush with the ground surface.
