The applicant shall arrange with the City Planner, as appropriate, for an informal conference with city officials for advice and assistance prior to preparing and submitting the preliminary plat, or recordable plat if no preliminary plat is required. Seven copies of a concept plan, prepared in accordance with § 154.090 below, will be delivered to the City Planner not less than five days prior to the conference.
