§ 154.005 AUTHORITY OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.

The Planning and Zoning Commission shall have the final approval authority for consideration of all plats and plans authorized under this chapter. In the event the city has not established a Planning and Zoning Commission, all subdivision applications shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Council.
