§ 30.05 POLICE DEPARTMENT POLICY ON RACIAL PROFILING.

The Police Department Racial Profiling Policy is adopted by reference, in compliance with the requirements of Tex. Criminal Procedure Code, Articles 2.131 through 2.136, which prohibits state peace officers from engaging in racial profiling.
