The City Council confirms the determination in Ord. 94-1203 that the San Marcos Daily Record is a newspaper of general circulation in the city. The City Council finds and determines that the Lockhart Post-Register, combined with its affiliate publication, the Caldwell County Guardian, is also a newspaper of general circulation in the city. The City Council expressly authorizes the use of the San Marcos Record or the Lockhart Post-Register/Caldwell County Guardian as newspapers for the publication of official notices of the city.
