§ 30.02 ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTES; TOWN TO CITY.
   (A)   The city is incorporated as a Type A General Law municipality under the laws of the state.
   (B)   The Town of Martindale shall hereafter be known as the "City of Martindale, Texas".
