(A) Sale. Withing the limits of the city, no person shall sell, offer for sale, deliver or give to any individual any form of fireworks.
(B) Detonation. Except as otherwise provided herein no person shall use any form of fireworks or explosives regardless of means of detonation (direct ignition, electrical impulse, chemical, compression/decompression, etc.)
(C) Exception. The provisions of division (B) above shall not apply to any individual(s) who has/have procured a written permit signed by the Mayor to conduct a fireworks demonstration under controlled conditions.
