§ 112.10 NONCONFORMING USES AND AMORTIZATION.
   (A)   Any sexually oriented business in existence as of the effective date of this chapter that does not comply with the location restrictions in § 112.04 shall be a nonconforming use. Subject to the license requirements of this chapter, the business may continue but it shall cease operation no later than five years from the effective date of this chapter. If the nonconforming use is discontinued, interrupted or changed, any future use of the land shall be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   All existing sexually oriented businesses, even nonconforming uses under this chapter, are required to be licensed and shall apply for a license within 60 calendar days of the date of passage of this chapter. All existing sexually oriented businesses must be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and secure a license within 90 calendar days of the passage of this chapter.
   (C)   The issuance of a yearly license hereunder shall not affect the amortization of nonconforming uses as provided in this chapter.
