§ 111.03 UNLAWFUL ACTS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for an itinerant vendor to go from house to house, or from place to place, in the city without having first registered with the City Clerk in accordance with this chapter.
   (B)   It is unlawful for an itinerant vendor, required to register under this chapter, to refuse to show the person’s registration certificate issued under this chapter to any person who requests it.
   (C)   It is unlawful for an itinerant vendor to engage in selling activities at a private residence at any time between 30 minutes after sunset and 30 minutes before sunrise without prior invitation from an occupant of the residence.
   (D)   It is unlawful for an itinerant vendor to engage in selling activities upon premises where a sign is posted prohibiting such activities with wording such as “NO SOLICITORS”.
