§ 111.02 PURPOSES.

   The purposes of this chapter are as follows:

   (A)   To establish a requirement for itinerant vendors to register with the city and provide information about their business and background that will be available to the public;

   (B)   To maintain records open to the public with information regarding itinerant vendors; and

   (C)   To regulate the activities of itinerant vendors.
