For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GOODS.
Any form of tangible personal property.
ITINERANT VENDOR.
A person engaged in the sale of goods or services who does not reside in the city, and is not employed by a business that has a fixed location within the city.
SALE
or
SELLING.
Any exchange of money for goods or services, including orders involving future payment or delivery.
SERVICE or
SERVICES.
The performance of work or labor, including work or labor furnished in connection with the sale or repair of goods.
