§ 110.06 RECEIPT.

Upon receipt of the rental charge imposed by this chapter, the City Secretary shall deliver to the person paying the same a receipt therefor, which receipt shall authorize that person to use and occupy the public rights-of-way in the city in carrying on its business for the current calendar year.
