(A) It is unlawful for any person to operate or park a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, all-terrain vehicle or motorcycle in any city park except in designated parking or operation areas. Parking areas are restricted to persons using the city park.
(B) This section shall not apply to peace officers, physicians, fire and rescue personnel, ambulance operators/attendants, employees of the city and park maintenance personnel.
