(A) All city parks and recreational facilities, except as provided below, shall be closed to the public between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. It is unlawful for a person to enter or remain in a city park at any time during these hours.
(B) This section shall not apply to the following persons if in the park or facility in the performance of their duties: peace officers, physicians, ambulance operators/attendants, employees of the city or park and facilities maintenance personnel.
(C) The Mayor or his or her designate may grant permission to extend the closing hours to persons, groups or organizations.
