§ 93.01 PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE.

The purpose and objective of this chapter is to provide clear rules and regulations for the governance and maintenance of city parks and to control activities where necessary to allow all citizens to enjoy city parks free from disturbance and/or danger caused by other facility users.
