The use and operation of golf cars on the city streets is authorized with the following provisions.
(A) The operator of any golf car on a city street shall possess a valid operator’s license.
(B) Golf cars shall not be operated upon a city street which is a primary road extension through the city but shall be allowed to cross a city street which is a primary road extension through the city.
(C) The golf car shall be equipped with a slow-moving vehicle sign and a bicycle safety flag.
(D) The golf car shall be operated on city streets only from sunrise to sunset.
(E) Golf cars shall be equipped with adequate brakes.
(F) The operator of the golf cart shall obey any posted speed limit but may not exceed a speed of 35 miles per hour.
