(A) In emergency situations work may be initiated and completed by licensed electricians without first obtaining a permit.
(B) However, a permit must be obtained within a reasonable time after the passage of the critical period. With this one exception, all emergency work must be done in conformity with the provisions of this chapter and shall be inspected by the Electrical Inspector for full compliance.
