(A) Any person aggrieved by any ruling, decision, interpretation or order of the Electrical Inspector shall have the right to appeal to the Electrical Appeal Board by filing a written notice of such appeal with the City Clerk within ten days from the date of the ruling, decision, interpretation or order being appealed.
(B) If such notice is filed, the Appeal Board shall set a time and place for a hearing, and notify the party that has filed the appeal. The date of the hearing shall be not more than 15 days after the date of the notice of appeal was filed. The notice of the hearing shall be sent by certified mail. The hearing shall be open to the public.
(C) All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
