(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or cooperation violating any of the provisions of the Building Code, as adopted in § 151.001 of this chapter, as amended, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Violation of § 151.001 of this chapter shall also be a municipal infraction and punished subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

(C) A violation of the City Property Maintenance Code under §§ 151.055 and 151.056 of this chapter shall constitute a municipal infraction, as defined in I.C.A. § 364.22(2), subject to the penalties prescribed therein, as amended, and be punished by a civil penalty as provided in § 10.999(C) of this code of ordinances.
