(A) North and south. The portions of all streets running north and south on the north side of Main Street shall be designated with the prefix “north”, and the portions of all streets running north and south on the south side of Main Street shall be designated with the prefix “south”.
(B) East and west. The portions of all streets running east and west on the east side of Center Street shall be designated with the prefix “east”, and the portions of all streets running east and west on the west side of Center Street shall be designated with the prefix “west”.
