§ 151.021 REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS REMAINING ON STREETS IN EXCESS OF FIVE DAYS.
   If the building mover willfully or unnecessarily allows any building to remain upon any street or alley for a period of time in excess of five days, the city shall remove the building, either with its own facilities or by a hired house mover, and any and all expense thereof shall be charged to the applicant and the house mover engaged by him or her and be collectible against the house mover.
