The licensed building mover shall be responsible for the removal and replacement of any telephone, internet, cable, or electric light or power lines, and such licensed building mover or the applicant granted a permit shall pay all costs connected therewith. He or she shall also obtain the necessary or required permission from the state and/or county for moving such building or structure upon, across or along any primary road or highway.
