§ 150.003 APPOINTMENT; TERMS OF OFFICE; COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The members of the city’s Plan and Zoning Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by the City Council. The term of office of the members of the Commission shall be five years.

   (B)   All members of the Plan and Zoning Commission shall serve without compensation, except their actual expenses, which shall be subject to the approval of the City Council.
