§ 150.002 MEMBERSHIP; QUALIFICATIONS; HOLDING OTHER OFFICE.
   The city’s Plan and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven members, who shall be citizens of the city and shall be qualified by knowledge or experience to act in matters pertaining to the development of a city plan, and no member shall hold any elective office in the municipal government.
